These prices are for our fully inclusive service which covers:

Artwork including . . .

  • Basic editing of photographs/images including dust & scratch, straightening, contrast and brightness, colour corrections. Advanced editing, including removal of objects/people from images (where possible) available at additional cost - see below*.
  • Sourcing and inclusion of hymns, songs, readings, poetry as required.
  • Unlimited proofs using our online collaborative artwork review tool which can include a number of contacts who can view and comment on proof.
  • Advice on copyright

Print on a range of high quality stocks

Delivery by DPD courier on a pre-12noon next day service

Other options available include:

  • Pre 10.30am + £10.00
  • Saturday + £25-30 (POA)
  • Same Day + £25-£75 (restricted service - POA)

Our commitment to you

All our prices include a comprehensive design service, providing:

  • proof artwork to the funeral home and unlimited family contacts
  • including up to 5 images (additional costs apply for extras - see below*)
  • unlimited amendments and proof versions
  • production using the highest quality stocks/print
  • prompt delivery **

* For each additional photo over the inclusive limit of 5 an additional cost of £5 per image applies. For advanced editing, including removal of objects/people from images (where possible), POA. NB: If a collage is presented as 1 image it counts as 1 image.

** All orders required for a funeral or memorial service are delivered on a tracked pre-12noon delivery service or by our own in-house driver. We will always go the extra mile to ensure that your order arrives in good time with a 100% track record over 28 years!

It is important that the job is only confirmed once the client is completely satisfied with the content. Upon confirmation the client accepts responsibility for any error or omission. If a last minute change is required and this can be actioned before the order is printed this will be processed free of charge. Otherwise the re-print charge will be 30% less than the original cost. All other items, including bookmarks, tribute cards etc, will be charged at the original price.

Orders confirmed by 10:30am will be despatched on the same working day. We completely understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you meeting this deadline. In the event of a late confirmation please let us know as soon as possible and we will work with you to ensure that your order is delivered in good time.

All deliveries will be made to the funeral home unless alternative arrangements have been made. When time is tight alternative delivery options are available at additional costs

If extra copies are required we are happy to provide any quantity.

All products may also be designed online 24/7 by you using a computer, ipad or other local device, and printed by us using the same high quality materials.

Standard Product Specifications

Order of Service Sheets comprise of an A5 booklet with a high quality 350gsm silk cover plus 140gsm matching inserts (when required) and are supplied with a complimentary tribute card or memory folder + memory box.

Bookmarks (max size 150 x 50mm) and Tribute Cards (max size 108 x 69mm) are supplied laminated. Alternatively, we can provide plastic credit card sized (85 x 55mm) Tribute Cards which are hard wearing and easily kept in wallets.

Announcement/Acknowledgement Cards (A6) are printed on high quality 350gsm Silk Stock.

Thank You Cards (A6) are printed on a single-side coated 330gsm board giving a smooth finish on the outside, with matt finish inside, suitable for writing your own thoughts alongside any printed text. These items are supplied with quality peel and seal envelopes.

Memorial Books are supplied as standard in A4 hard back landscape format with blank pages and a personalised or standard non-personalised cover. When supplied with a service sheet the cover normally matches the design, but an alternative design may be selected if required.

Canvas Prints are supplied pre-mounted on a 38mm real wood stretch frame.

Foamboard Mounts comprise a high quality gloss (standard) or matt finish (on request) mounted on a 5mm foamex board. These are suitable for placing on an easel.
