We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at our discretion without prior notification.  When placing each order, you agree that you have reviewed the current terms and conditions.

Our products and services are only available for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom.

2. Our Personalised Products and Services

Our website includes a range of printed products which you can personalise in one of three ways:

  • Use our comprehensive online design studio in accordance with our recommended guidelines. It is a condition of use of our design studio that you intend to place an order for a printed product on completion of the design. Where use of our service contravenes these guidelines, we reserve the right to delete offending designs, and/or block client accounts.
  • Upload a PDF file that you have created on a local device, and which complies with the specifications given on our website
  • Ask us to prepare a design for you as part of our fully inclusive service – see below (additional charges apply)

A range of designs are available online, or from our portfolio. You may select any combination of these in the planning of your design, or work entirely from your own ideas.

In all cases we print using state of the art digital printers on the highest quality card and paper stocks. The images of products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Your products may vary slightly from those images. In the event a stock is not available, we reserve the right to supply an alternative stock with a comparable weight and finish. All our computers, monitors and printers are regularly calibrated to deliver accurate colour reproduction. Careprint accepts no responsibility for any differences between the prints supplied and proofs printed by the client on a local printer or device, or viewed on a local monitor, tablet, or other graphic device. All descriptions of products or product pricing may change at any time without notice.

3. Where you have asked us to design the artwork for you

We can provide a fully bespoke design, print and deliver service including:

  • proof artwork to the client and unlimited family email contacts
  • the first 5 photographs/images (additional costs apply for extras/advanced editing)*
  • unlimited amendments and proof versions
  • production using the highest quality stocks/print

* All images are checked for legality, colour balance, brightness and contrast to ensure the best results. Our advanced editing service includes the removal of objects or backgrounds, repair scratches and blemishes, and any other corrective surgery.

Regular account customers with a credit account should place orders using our online order form.

If you are placing an order and paying via the web please note that if the number of pages or photos differs from the order you placed, additional charges may apply.

When we receive your order, we prepare a first proof and send a link to our online proofing tool to you and any email contacts you have advised us of. You are nominated as the 'approver' and are the only person who can approve the order. Other contacts are referred to as 'reviewers' and can add their own comments and thoughts but are not given the option to approve the order. When we receive amendments from you we will process these and send a link to a revised proof to you and your listed email contacts for further review. We will repeat this process as required. We will not print a job until you are completely satisfied that the artwork is correct. You will be required to submit an approval decision via our online proofing tool, or in writing by email to orders@careprint.uk.

Important Note: Colours appear differently on a range of screens and devices. Whilst our printers are professionally calibrated to accurately produce the PDF supplied, colours and vibrancy may vary from what you have seen on your screen.

Once the job has been confirmed by you Careprint accepts no responsibility for ANY error or omission. You will not be able to make any changes once your order is placed/confirmed and you assume all responsibility for any typographical and formatting errors.

4. Account Creation and Password

If you would just like to visit and view the website, or you would like to work direct with Careprint using our order form to prepare your artwork, print and deliver, there is no need to create an online account. However, if you would like to prepare your own artwork online or upload a PDF for print, return to make further amendments and submit an order, you will need to sign up for an online account.

If you wish to create an account with Careprint, you should use the registration process to tell us your name, billing address, and shipping address, and choose a “Password”. Careprint is fully compliant with GDPR regulations. Full details of how we use your data is contained in our privacy policy.

You agree to always safeguard the secrecy of your password. You agree not to share your Password with any other party. Careprint is not responsible for any unauthorised use of your account where these terms have not been met.

You agree to keep your account information up-to-date and accurate. If you have a business account with us, you agree to keep us informed of any changes to your details.

You have a legal right to ask us to delete your account and all associated personal details for any reason. This applies to both online accounts and accounts set up by us on our internal systems from order details supplied by you. Should you wish to do this please send your request to orders@careprint.uk.

5. Pricing and Payment Methods

For online orders our products are priced according to the options and quantities selected by the client. VAT, where applicable, is included in all prices shown. Once you have completed or uploaded a design, you can add your product to a basket and checkout. Full payment is required at this stage. When a product is mistakenly displayed on our website with incorrect prices, or the client has selected incorrect options relating to their design, Careprint reserves the right to advise the client of the correct amount and seek additional payment for any balance due. If an amicable solution cannot be achieved, Careprint reserves the right to reject or cancel the order and refund any monies paid in relation to the order.

Where you have used our online form requesting we prepare a design for you using our fully inclusive service, the costs may vary. We will keep you informed of these at all stages of the process. Unless you hold a business account with us, you agree to pay a non-refundable deposit prior to work commencing and pay the balance using a payment card or electronic payment on confirmation of your order (before production starts).

We accept the following payment methods for orders placed via our website:

  • Worldpay (using Visa, Mastercard, JCB or American Express)

  • On Account (available to business customers with an approved credit account)

All payments include VAT (where applicable) and cost of delivery.  Card payments are subject to approval by your card provider, and additional steps may be required by them to authorise your transaction.  If your payment is declined, or your business trading account is in arrears, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Cancellation charges may apply. You must be legally authorised to use your chosen payment method. Your payment card details are used to pay for your order on a single use basis. They are not stored by us or by any third party in any format. Further details may be found in our privacy policy.

6. Copyright and Legal

The use of copyright texts, including hymns, readings, and poems in any design is the sole responsibility of the client placing the order. You agree to advise us of any worries or concerns about late delivery at the earliest opportunity so that we can investigate. The following will apply:
