Placing an Amended Order
Once you have placed your order it is sent to production at the earliest opportunity in line with our delivery schedule.
If we have already printed/despatched your order, you may still make amendments to the artwork you have prepared, and place a new order by following the instructions below:
IF YOU HAVE DESIGNED YOUR ORDER USING OUR ONLINE DESIGNER:
- Login to our website
- Click MY ACCOUNT | PORTFOLIO
- Click EDIT under the order that you want to amend
- Make the changes that you require in the Online Design Studio
- Save your changes regularly
- Click CONTINUE | SAVE AND CONTINUE to leave the Online Design Studio and return to your portfolio
- Click ORDER and proceed through the CHECK OUT process.
IF YOU HAVE UPLOADED YOUR OWN ARTWORK FROM A LOCAL DEVICE:
- Login to our website
- Place a new order and upload your revised print ready PDF
- Proceed through the CHECK OUT process
In line with our company policy, no refunds are due in respect of the original order printed from your previous instructions.
