Placing an Amended Order

Once you have placed your order it is sent to production at the earliest opportunity in line with our delivery schedule.

If we have already printed/despatched your order, you may still make amendments to the artwork you have prepared, and place a new order by following the instructions below.

• Log In to our website
• Click MY ACCOUNT | PORTFOLIO
• Click EDIT under the order that you want to amend
• Make the changes that you require in the Online Design Studio
• Save your changes regularly
• Click CONTINUE | SAVE AND CONTINUE to leave the Online Design Studio and return to your portfolio
• Click ORDER and proceed through the CHECK OUT process.

In line with our company policy, no refunds are due in respect of the original order printed from your previous instructions.
