Confirmation Deadlines

Confirmation dates are quoted to allow good time for delivery by DPD. Most orders are delivered next working day, but occasionally accidents, breakdowns, weather events, etc can cause delays. When delays do arise these are normally resolved within 24 hours. Our deadlines allow for any problems, should they arise.

In the event of late confirmation, it is still most likely that your order will arrive in time. However, should there be a problem there will be little time to put it right and you may be disappointed.
