Once you have placed your order it is sent to production at the earliest opportunity in line with our delivery schedule.

If you notice an error with your order that you would like to correct please contact us immediately to see if your order has already been printed, and if not, to hold your order while you make amendments.

This also applies if we notice fundamental problems with your order, such as text being lost off the edge of a page, or behind an image. Please note we do not offer proof reading so our review does not cover spelling, grammar or punctuation mistakes.

Once we have agreed that it is okay to go ahead and make amendments, please action the following:

  • Log In to our website
  • Click MY ACCOUNT | PORTFOLIO
  • Click EDIT under the order that you want to amend
  • Make the changes that you require in the Online Design Studio
  • Save your changes regularly
  • Click CONTINUE | SAVE AND CONTINUE to leave the Online Design Studio and return to your portfolio
  • Email us to let us know that you have revised your artwork.

You do not need to check out or pay again.

We will download your amended artwork from our website and use this for production.

Your order will be printed according to our delivery schedule based on the time we have received amended artwork, rather than the original point of ordering.
