Ziflow Proofing

Ziflow is our clever online proofing tool

There is usually one nominated APPROVER who is the person placing the order, and any number of REVIEWERS who are able to view the proof and make comments. 

All parties can:

• request amendments by drawing a line to, or box around, each item you would like to change and adding a comment or instruction
• send us attachments – e.g. some wording or a photograph to include.
• ask us questions if you are unsure about anything particular relating to the design.

Please note:

• you cannot make amendments directly on the proof.
• each comment you POST is automatically sent to Careprint to process and a revised proof will be uploaded for your review.
• comments and amendments are visible to all approvers and reviewers.

When you have finished reviewing the proof, approvers can make a decision at the top of the screen and click 'Changes Required'. Reviewers are unable to make decisions.

Once you are completely happy with the proof, reviewers should email the approver who can make the final decision to confirm and proceed to print. Alternatively, reviewers can email Careprint who will pass instructions onto the approver whose decision is final.
